We have a slightly different approach. Our learners are already benefiting from a new approach to training, one which is person- centred, intuitive, and full of fun. GSA Approved PMVA
Our PMVA breakaway and physical intervention utilises the GSA (General Services Association) model of physical intervention. Our tutors are active members and certified at Grade A, are mainly psychiatric nurses and deliver exceptional training to learners. We adopt a person-centred approach ensuring all learners are competent for practice. Our certification has a high acceptance rate with private and NHS organisations. Our delivery therapeutic, not based on pain compliance, ensuring that service users are safe.
BILD Certified Training
JT10i Training is committed to reducing Restraints to zero, meaning our trained learners can utilise proactively therapeutic interventions and utilise less restrictive interventions at the very last resort when all other proactive therapeutic interventions have been exhausted. To ensure this, we employ booking organisations to complete a robust Training Needs Analysis (TNA) before training. As such we’ve signed up to be formally assessed to offer BILD Certified training service thereby meeting The RRN Standards
CSTF Framework
Our BLS, Moving & Handling, Infection Prevention & Control, Fire Safety, Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults, Information Governance & Data Security, and Conflict Resolution are drafted using the UK Core Skills Training Framework, thereby meeting Standards, and ensuring staff receive quality training to improve health outcomes of service users.
CPD Accreditation
As an approved and accredited CPD training Provider, we ensure specialised courses are independently verified and approved as meeting CPD Standards. This has proved valuable for registered nurses during revalidation.
